Part I: Terms of Sale — OneCare Essential Package
These terms outline the conditions for purchasing the OneCare Essential Package through our website and authorized sales channels.
Should any provision conflict with binding regulatory requirements, the applicable regulations shall prevail.
1) Scope
These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases of the OneCare Essential Package (and any related accessories) made through:
- OneCare's official website.
- Our authorized store pages.
- Channels we explicitly announce as authorized.
2) Package Contents
The Essential Package includes — as specified on the product page and during checkout — the following items (details may vary by version):
- OneStrap — Activity & fitness tracking wristband.
- OneScale — Smart scale for body composition measurements.
- OneTape — Measurement tape for body circumferences.
- Access to the OneCare app and reporting/metrics services as described within the app.
Technical specifications, colors, in-box accessories, and digital features are detailed on the product page and during checkout.
3) Orders, Acceptance & Cancellation
- Your order is accepted upon receipt of order confirmation and/or shipment of the products.
- We may cancel or reject your order for valid reasons, including: out of stock, suspected fraud, significant pricing errors, or inability to verify payment/delivery information.
- If canceled after payment, we will refund the amounts paid according to our refund policy in this document.
4) Pricing, Tax & Invoicing
- Prices are displayed in Saudi Riyal (SAR). At checkout, we indicate whether prices are inclusive of VAT or not.
- An electronic invoice/receipt is issued in compliance with applicable Saudi regulations, including electronic invoicing requirements from ZATCA where applicable. Invoices may include a QR code per approved specifications.
- Shipping costs vary by region/carrier and are displayed before order confirmation.

- Delivery area: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia — all regions and cities.
- Estimated delivery time is shown at checkout and may vary by region and carrier.
- Product ownership transfers to you upon delivery to the address you provided.
- Please inspect the shipment upon receipt and report any damage or shortages within 48 hours with photos/video if possible.
6) Return Policy (No Returns After Use)
Exception: Damage upon receipt, manufacturing defects, or mismatch with description per section (8).
Change of Mind
We do not offer voluntary returns/refunds due to change of mind after purchase. Should regulatory rights to withdraw apply in specific cases (before use and within regulatory exceptions), this is subject to condition verification, product inspection, absence of usage marks, and regulatory compliance.
When Will Returns Be Accepted?
Returns are accepted only in the following cases upon verification:
- Damage upon receipt or confirmed breakage/defect reported within 48 hours of receipt with photos/video.
- Manufacturing defect or mismatch with description per section (8).
Requirements for Return Acceptance
- Proof of purchase (invoice/order number).
- Product serial number intact and unaltered.
- Clear description of the issue with photos/video if available.
Shipping Costs for Defects/Damage
In cases of proven damage upon receipt or manufacturing defect/mismatch, OneCare covers return shipping costs per our operational procedures.
7) Refunds (When Applicable)
- After verification and completion of procedures, amounts are refunded to the original payment method.
- Refund processing time depends on your bank/payment provider and may take several business days.
- We may request return of the product/accessories before issuing the refund or proof of shipment, subject to the case and regulatory compliance.
8) Defects/Damage/Mismatch (Replacement Within 60 Days, Otherwise Refund)
If a product arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is mismatched with the description, we will handle it per the following resolution path after verification:
- First: Replacement — We replace the product or damaged part whenever possible.
- Second: Repair — We may repair under warranty if technically appropriate and in the customer's interest.
- Third: Refund — If replacement is not possible within the stated period, we refund the product value per regulations.
Replacement Window: 60 Days
If damage upon receipt, a manufacturing defect, or mismatch is confirmed, the replacement window is maximum 60 calendar days from the date we accept the service/replacement request and receive the device per our procedures (or from the date of your report if no device receipt is required).
If replacement cannot be completed within this period for any reason (e.g., stock unavailability, repair impossibility, product discontinued), a full refund is issued to the original payment method per section (7) and in compliance with regulations.
9) Limited Warranty
We provide a limited warranty of 24 months from the date of receipt against manufacturing defects, which includes:
- Repair or replacement as determined by our authorized service center.
- Parts or the device may be replaced with equivalent new or refurbished units if necessary.
Warranty Exclusions
- Failures due to misuse, dropping, breakage, liquid exposure beyond design specifications, or use of inappropriate chargers/accessories.
- Unauthorized modifications or internal tampering/opening.
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., band degradation, battery capacity reduction over time) unless proven to be a manufacturing defect.
- Provide your order/invoice number.
- Describe the issue + attach photos/video.
- We'll send shipping/service center instructions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OneCare is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from product use, delivery delays, or service interruptions. Our liability shall not exceed the product's purchase price in any case, unless regulations provide otherwise.
11) Governing Law & Contact
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including (as applicable) E-Commerce Law, Consumer Protection regulations, and tax/electronic invoicing requirements.
In case of dispute, we seek amicable resolution through support channels first. Consumer may also file complaints through official regulatory channels per applicable procedures.

These terms outline the rules for using OneCare devices, app, and related features.
1) Medical Disclaimer (Critical)
Readings may be affected by factors including: usage method, hydration level, body movement, skin condition, individual variation, and environmental interference.
2) Eligibility & Account
- To use the app, you may need to create an account and provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activities on your account.
- We may request additional verification for security or regulatory compliance purposes.
3) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to hack, gain unauthorized access, or disrupt the app/devices or services.
- Reverse engineer, copy parts of the app, or redistribute without permission.
- Use the service for illegal activities or to harm other users.
4) Safety & Usage
- Use devices per operating instructions and wear the wristband at proper fit to avoid skin irritation.
- Stop use if you experience pain, sensitivity, or severe redness and consult a professional if needed.
- Do not rely solely on measurements for critical decisions during exercise or general health without consulting a professional.
- Use recommended chargers/accessories to maintain safety and performance.
5) Data & Privacy (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)
We collect and process necessary data to provide services including: account data, device readings, summaries, reports, and app usage events. Processing complies with applicable Saudi regulations, including the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and related instructions, and is consistent with the purpose of service delivery and improvement.
- Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy (covering: data types, purposes, legal basis/consent as applicable, retention period, data sharing, user rights).
- We use data to improve report quality, customize goals, and monitor health trends.
- You can manage sharing permissions and integrations in app settings. You may also request access, correction, deletion, or consent withdrawal within regulatory limits and service requirements.
6) Intellectual Property & License
- The OneCare app, software, visual identity, logos, and content are protected by intellectual property rights owned by OneCare or its licensors.
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use only.
7) Updates & Changes
We may release updates to the app or device firmware to improve security, stability, performance, or add features.
- Some interfaces, features, or functionality may change or be replaced with improved alternatives.
- Some features may require OS updates or specific device compatibility.
8) Third-Party Services & Integrations
The app may integrate with third-party services (e.g., health platforms, payment gateways, shipping providers). These services are governed by their own terms. OneCare is not liable for their failures or service interruptions.
9) Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
- The app and digital services are provided as-is on an available basis, with reasonable care for stability.
- We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneCare is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from service use or reliance on measurements for health decisions without professional consultation.
10) Suspension/Termination
- You may stop using devices and the app at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, breach of these terms, or for security/regulatory reasons.
11) Governing Law & Contact
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
